Social Media Manager & Influencer Management

As a Social Media Manager (Influencer Marketing) at our company, you will be responsible for leading influencer partnerships and driving engagement across major social platforms. Your deep understanding of digital culture and strong relationships with influencers will be crucial in turning brand messages into viral moments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives. - Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). - Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, budgets, and deliverables. - Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (ROI, reach, engagement, conversions). - Own and manage the brand's social media strategy and daily content across platforms. - Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (in collaboration with content creators or design teams). - Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to keep the brand culturally relevant. - Respond to community comments and DMs in line with brand voice. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing. - Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and their influencer ecosystems. - Proven ability to manage influencer campaigns from start to finish. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience using tools like CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar (preferred). - Familiarity with social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Facebook, Google Analytics). **Preferred Qualifications:** - Background in PR, communications, or influencer agencies is a plus. - Passion for relevant industry (e.g. fashion, beauty, tech, fitness). - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of what performs well on different platforms.
