We are looking for a Search Engine Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our online and offline SEO strategies & work to deliver guaranteed results. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the organization’s website, SEO strategies, and keyword ranking optimization. Track the website traffic flow and provide analysis reports regularly. Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments. Technically sound in optimizing landing pages Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites. Creating and executing email-based marketing campaigns. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations. Research and analyze competitor advertising links. Develop and implement the link-building strategy. Approach third-party sites to generate backlinks. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code. Work with editorials and the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. Using tools such as Google Analytics to compile regular performance reports. Assisting the content team in the creation of high-quality, informative SEO content. The creation of on-site and off-site SEO strategies for clients in various industries. Carrying out detailed keyword research according to the latest keyword strategies. Keeping up to date with the most recent changes in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Google Algorithms Requirements Demonstrable experience leading and managing overall search engine operations (online and offline) Expertise in on-page SEO activities like Title optimization, Meta tag, Important HTML tag, keyword optimization, Internal linking, External outbound linking, URL optimization, image optimization, content optimization, robot file, and Sitemap. Expertise in off-page SEO activities like Social Media Optimization, Local Business Listing, Social bookmarking, Directory Submission, blog hosting and posting, article submission, press release submission, Media submission (Image, video, PPT), Profile Creation, forum posting, link exchange Knowledge of PPC or social media or Email Marketing will be an added advantage. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to proofread.
