Key Responsibilities

Strategy & planning: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
Content creation: Plan, write, and design engaging posts (images, videos, reels, carousels, stories) using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
Platform management: Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Community engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions; build relationships with followers and potential leads.
Analytics & reporting: Monitor metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare performance reports with insights and action steps.
Trend spotting: Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand voice and support campaigns.
Paid ads support (if applicable): Assist in running and optimizing paid campaigns across social platforms.
