About The Role

We’re seeking a

strategic and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

with 4+ years of experience in managing social channels and driving organic growth through SEO and backlink strategies.This hybrid role blends

social media management

with

search engine optimization

, making it ideal for someone who understands how to grow a brand’s online presence through engaging content and smart digital tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a cross-platform social media strategy
  • Manage and create content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
  • Lead on-page SEO and content optimization initiatives
  • Build and manage backlink strategies and guest posting opportunities
  • Write engaging, platform-native content aligned with brand voice
  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Collaborate across teams and potentially mentor junior members
