Job Description

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. 

 

Responsibilities


Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Create, curate, and oversee compelling content (text, images, videos, reels, and stories).
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors to improve performance.
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.


Project Management

  • Oversee end-to-end marketing and client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Act as the point of contact between teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop project roadmaps, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively find solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, progress trackers, and project dashboards for management reporting.
  • Ensure alignment of social media campaigns with overall project goals and business objectives.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management and/or project management.
  • Proven experience in running successful paid and organic campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools like

    Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Trello, Asana, or Jira

    .
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and storytelling.
