Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing Holidays Crowd’s digital presence. From ideation to execution, you’ll lead content strategy, manage communities, and drive engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about travel, understands trends, and knows how to turn content into conversations and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Ideate, script, and oversee the production of Reels, posts, and stories.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and the sales team to create lead-driven content.
• Build and engage an active travel community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Track performance of campaigns, monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, leads), and optimize strategies.
• Ensure all content reflects Holidays Crowd’s brand personality.
• Handle online brand reputation and crisis communication if required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and trending platforms.
• Creative mindset with experience in content ideation, copywriting, and Reels scripting.
• Knowledge of paid ads, analytics tools, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication skills with a mix of desi relatability and modern tone.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.
