Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and passionate about digital marketing. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies across multiple social platforms to engage our audience, build brand awareness, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Proficiency in content creation and basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop).
• Understanding of paid campaigns, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
