- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
- Manage day-to-day operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Create, curate, and schedule visually appealing and brand-aligned content, including images, videos, reels, and captions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Spa, Events, Rooms) to highlight property offerings and guest experiences.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for campaigns and activations.
- Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Ensure compliance with Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines and digital policies.
- Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices within luxury hospitality and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a luxury brand, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and scheduling tool
