We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager (Content + Marketing)We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can both create content and think like a marketer. This is a hands-on role designed for someone at an early stage in their career who wants real ownership, fast learning, and visible impact—not routine tasks. You’ll manage our social media presence end-to-end, from content creation to posting, engagement, and performance tracking. If you enjoy being on camera, creating product-focused content, and executing ideas quickly, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Content Creation Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, and written content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Shoot product videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and short-form content using a camera or mobile phone. Edit content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms. Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand and marketing goals. Social Media Management Manage all social media accounts end-to-end. Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars. Ensure consistency in posting, tone, and overall brand identity. Monitor comments, DMs, and actively engage with the audience. Marketing & Brand Growth Understand the product and communicate its value clearly through content. Support marketing campaigns and product launches. Stay updated on trends, formats, and ideas that drive reach and engagement. Bring fresh ideas and execute independently with minimal supervision. Analytics & Optimization Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth. Share insights and continuously improve content based on performance data. Required Skills & Qualifications0–1 year of experience in social media or content creation. Strong communication and storytelling abilities. Comfortable appearing on camera and creating product-focused content. Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends. Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently. Preferred (Nice to Have)Experience with video editing tools. Background in marketing, media, or communications. Prior experience managing a brand or creator social media page. Compensation & Growth Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 Performance-based hike after 6 months (based on ownership, consistency, and results).
