Social Media Manager

Key Requirements:

·        Strong hands-on experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

·        Ability to plan monthly calendars, content ideas, campaign strategies, and engagement plans

·        Good understanding of digital trends, platform growth strategies, and audience insights

·        Experience in coordinating with designers, video editors, and content teams

·        Ability to analyze performance data, track KPIs, and prepare reports

·        Knowledge of paid promotions with Meta ads and LinkedIn Premium.

·        Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills

Role & Responsibilities:

·        Manage multiple brand social media accounts and ensure consistent online presence

·        Strategize and plan content themes, trending topics, and campaign ideas

·        Work with the creative team to ensure high-quality content output

·        Monitor performance, track engagement, and optimize content for better results
