Social Media Manager

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Content Manager to join our team in Patna, Bihar. This role requires someone who can manage the content scheduling for multiple YouTube and Instagram pages, analyze platform analytics, and develop strategies to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content for multiple YouTube and Instagram pages.
• Monitor and analyze YouTube and Instagram analytics to identify trends and measure content performance.
• Collaborate with the team to create content strategies that align with audience preferences and business goals.
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to grow our platforms.
• Engage with the audience to build a strong online community.
• Optimize content for better reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven interest in social media and an understanding of content strategies for platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and Instagram Insights.
• Ability to identify key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple channels and schedules efficiently.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in social media management or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
