Job Description

  • Develop and implement a clear social media strategy aligned with marketing goals
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Build and manage a content calendar ensuring consistent brand tone and messaging
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with audience comments, DMs, and mentions
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular performance reports
  • Manage paid social campaigns, optimize performance, and track ROI
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for campaign alignment
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Solid understanding of analytics and audience insights
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and visual storytelling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
