About Us:

Social Media Manager

Role Description

We are looking for candidates not more than 2 years of experience with an annual budget of not more than 4.5 Lakhs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging posts, stories, and reels that align with the brand voice of clients.
Must have an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing, including Reels, Videos, and Shorts.
Collaborate with the photography, design, and video teams for content production.
Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize campaigns for growth.
Execute paid ad campaigns and influencer partnerships to generate leads.
Monitor and manage community interactions (DMs, comments, inquiries).
Stay updated with latest social trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.
Handle team with daily tasks, performance monitoring and reviewing.

Qualifications

Agency experience is a must
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
Excellent Communication skills
Content Strategy and Writing skills
Experience in managing social media campaigns
Ability to analyze social media metrics and trends
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
