Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI (CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS).
• Handle daily management of social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Research target audiences, trends, and competitors to refine ad strategies.
• Collaborate with creative/design team for ad creatives and copy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media ads management (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and create actionable strategies.
• Advance understanding of social media account handling & brand consistency.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media paid marketing.
• Google Ads / Meta Ads certification (preferred).
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
