About the Role

We are seeking a creative, well-informed, and highly organized Social Media Marketing Executive who understands the pulse of digital platforms and can take charge of everything related to organic social media growth. This includes content planning, writing, platform management, UGC & influencer collaborations, and keeping up with what’s trending.

You will not be required to handle performance marketing or technical SEO. However, you must write content (blogs, captions, etc.) that aligns with SEO best practices.

The platforms you’ll handle may vary depending on brand needs, but proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter (X), and Snapchat is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for platforms including (but not limited to):Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter (X)
• Write captions, scripts, reels hooks, hashtags, and blog content tailored for each platform
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars and rollout plans
• Collaborate with the internal team to create trend-led, brand-relevant content
• Work closely with designers to brief creative directions for reels, carousels, videos, and posters
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, reel formats, music, and viral hooks
• Plan and manage UGC campaigns and influencer collaborations end-to-end
• Regularly engage with followers, manage DMs/comments, and build online community trust
• Write SEO-friendly blogs related to the brand/product (without handling SEO strategy itself)
• Analyze weekly/monthly content performance reports and adapt content accordingly
• Stay ahead of competitor content strategies and trends

Note: The platforms may increase or decrease as per evolving brand needs, so flexibility and adaptability are important.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in organic social media marketing and content writing
• Deep understanding of all key platforms and their current formats (reels, shorts, carousels, etc.)
• Strong content writing skills for both short-form (captions, reels) and long-form (blogs)
• Hands-on experience with UGC planning, influencer campaigns, and collaboration outreach
• Good visual direction sense to work with designers and video editors
• Trend awareness: what’s working, what’s viral, and how to make content stand out
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Trends, etc.
• Creative, reliable, deadline-oriented, and self-driven
