Job Overview: We are looking for a creative Social Media & Content Writer to manage our social media presence and create engaging content. The ideal candidate should have a knack for storytelling, a strong understanding of content writing, social media trends, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Be the creative mind behind social media content, generating fresh and engaging ideas to enhance brand presence. Produce conversion optimized content for Ads, D2C website, and other promotional channels like SMS, WhatsApp and email. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content and align campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Develop and execute strategies to increase followers and engagement across social media platforms. Manage influencer marketing campaigns and achieve objectives. Utilize analytics tools to measure and provide detailed reports and insights. Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms. Stay updated of platform algorithms and updates, adjusting strategies accordingly. Manage sales & promotional campaigns for cosmetic divisions D2C & Ecom business. Requirements: Creative mindset with a knack for turning ideas into reality. Proven experience in social media management and content writing . D2C and Ecommerce experience is preferred. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Basic knowledge of SEO. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience in the beauty & cosmetics industry (preferred but not mandatory).
