Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Operated and maintained filling and sealing machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. 2. Conducted regular quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 3. Managed the filling process for products, maintaining accurate measurements and specifications. 4. Collaborated with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency. 5. Maintained a clean and organized work area to adhere to sanitation standards. 6. Documented production data and reported any discrepancies to management for corrective action. 7. Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards. 8. Must be in compliance at all times by following batch records, SOPs and all company policies. 9. Responsible for following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) 10. Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly work area at all times. Preferred candidate profile 1. Ability to document in logbooks or batch records while performing the job using good documentation practices. 2. Attention to detail and ability to write and record data legibly and accurately. 3. Ability to understand and follow Master Batch Records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 4. Ability to work both independently and with others.
