Social Media Manager & Content Strategy

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager & Content Strategist with at least 1 year of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals.
• Plan monthly content calendars, campaign themes, and post schedules.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, image, video).
• Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators to maintain brand consistency.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities.
• Track trends and competitor activities to stay relevant in the digital space.
• Plan and execute social media ad campaigns (basic understanding of paid promotions is a plus).
• Generate monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Work closely with SEO, Email Marketing, and Influencer Outreach teams for integrated marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Basic understanding of social media ads and content KPIs.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Having laptop is mandatory.
