Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with around 1 year of hands-on experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong design fundamentals, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing designs for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging creatives for social media, digital ads, emailers, websites, and presentations
Assist in developing branding elements like logos, brochures, packaging, and other marketing collaterals
Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and marketers to deliver high-quality visual content
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals
Adapt and repurpose existing designs for different platforms or campaigns
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar tools (Canva, Figma)
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and design principles
A portfolio showcasing a variety of work (social media creatives, branding, etc.)
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs
Time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW
Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing basics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
