About the Role

We’re looking for a data-savvy Social Media Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to plan campaigns, run Meta ads, and grow branded communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll own the content calendar, execute paid + organic strategies, and report clear results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute monthly SMM strategies aligned to business goals (awareness, leads, sales).
  • Create and manage content calendars; brief designers/copywriters; publish posts & stories.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (campaign structure, audiences, budgets, A/B tests).
  • Set up Meta Pixel/Conversions API, UTM tracking, and basic funnels for attribution.
  • Daily community management: comments/DMs, social listening, and brand reputation.
  • Run competitor & hashtag research; identify trends and collaborate on quick-turn creatives.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly performance (reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, ROAS).
  • Coordinate with Sales/SEO/Design to align campaigns and landing pages.
  • Maintain a playbook of learnings, best practices, and growth experiments.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • English communication: strong written & verbal skills.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Social Media Marketing (agency or brand side).
  • Certification/Achievement: at least one relevant certification (e.g., Meta Digital Marketing Associate/Media Buying) or a documented campaign success (growth/ROAS/case study).
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, audiences, bidding, creatives, reporting).
  • Proven ability to build SMM strategies and deliver on a content calendar.
  • Working knowledge of analytics (Meta Insights, GA4 basics), UTM tagging, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite/Later, and Google Sheets.

Good to Have

  • Basic short-form video editing (Reels), Figma/Canva polish.
  • Exposure to Shopify/WordPress landing pages and pixel events.
  • LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads basics; influencer outreach experience.

KPIs You’ll Own

  • Audience growth rate & engagement rate.
  • CTR/CPC/CPL for paid campaigns; ROAS where applicable.
  • Lead volume/quality (for lead-gen), content cadence adherence.
  • Response time to comments/DMs and brand sentiment trends.
