Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content in

    English, Hindi, and Kannada

    .
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and educators to produce multimedia content (videos, infographics, posts).
  • Respond to audience interactions, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience

    in social media handling, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Fluent in

    English, Hindi, and Kannada

    — both written and spoken.
  • Strong creative, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in the education sector or edtech is a plus.
