Position Overview:

creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Aitch’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Facebook.
Plan and execute
product photoshoots and short videos
(Reels, lifestyle content, campaign shoots).
Create and edit engaging visual content (photos, videos, graphics).
Develop monthly
social media calendars
aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.
Write compelling captions and product stories that connect emotionally with our audience.
Track performance analytics and suggest creative improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for online campaigns and partnerships.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in social media management, photography, or content creation.
Strong skills in
shoot styling, photo/video editing (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
Aesthetic sense aligned with
premium, lifestyle, and gifting
brands.
Ability to work independently, on-site, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
