Role Overview:

creative and strategic Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the project’s vision and campaigns.
• Manage content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads).
• Collaborate with creative, academic, and community teams to produce engaging content — reels, posts, stories, and live sessions.
• Monitor engagement, reach, and community sentiment; use analytics to improve performance.
• Manage online campaigns, ad promotions, and collaborations with influencers or educators.
• Build and maintain an authentic, consistent voice for Happy School.
• Innovate — bring new ideas to make learning, happiness, and parenting conversations go viral.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual content sense.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and social analytics tools.
• Passion for education, mental health, and community building.
