Social Media Manager

Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager at our established and fast-growing food company, you will be responsible for elevating our digital presence across platforms. Your role will involve driving and executing impactful social media campaigns that reflect our brand identity, connect with our audience, and help shape the voice of our three distinct brands. Working closely with content creators, designers, and the marketing team, you will ensure cohesive messaging and results-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement creative, data-driven social media strategies for all brands - Plan and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) - Optimize reach and engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques - Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to keep content relevant and fresh - Engage with our community, responding to comments and messages promptly - Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing efforts - Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations Qualifications: - Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO - Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills - Experience developing and executing a content strategy - Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field If you're passionate about food, branding, and social storytelling, and you want to be part of a brand that's going places, we would love to hear from you.,
