Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative and fluent English-speaking Social Media Manager & Script Writer who deeply understands social media trends and storytelling. You’ll join a fast-growing digital marketing team managing Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content for top creators and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily social media content calendars
• Write engaging short-form scripts for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos
• Create creative, grammatically perfect English captions with emotional or viral appeal
• Research trends, competitors, and audience insights to craft high-performing content ideas
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and creators to ensure smooth workflow and timely posting
• Track analytics reach, engagement, growth, and conversions and generate monthly reports
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion, to improve productivity and ideation
• Participate in campaign planning, content brainstorming, and client brand discussions

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Writing / Script Writing
• Excellent command over English writing and communication
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, etc.) and basic knowledge of content creation tools
• Strategic mindset able to plan, analyze, and optimize content performance
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability
• Team-oriented, punctual, and proactive in taking ownership
