Social Media Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging and brand-consistent content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Analyze social media insights to guide future social media campaigns and strategies.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
• Oversee the creation of monthly/quarterly reports showcasing the performance of campaigns and KPIs.
• Manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), including budgets, schedules, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with influencers and other brand partners to enhance brand awareness and growth.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of all leading social media platforms and their best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other visual content creation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
