Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager at our agency in Goa, you will be responsible for managing various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing successful marketing campaigns. Your role will involve working closely with social media influencers, collaborating with different teams to produce creative results, and advising clients on campaign strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include publishing different types of content, brainstorming new ideas, and extracting analytics to measure campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage social media platforms by publishing content and monitoring pages - Brainstorm and gather ideas for new and engaging content formats - Collaborate with social media influencers for campaign-based projects - Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) - Collaborate with multiple teams to produce creative results for client brands - Maintain client liaison to advise and conceptualize campaign strategies - Extract analytics/reports from various channels to measure campaign response Qualifications Required: - Openness to work in a dynamic startup environment - Thorough knowledge of digital marketing trends - Willingness to work in a flexible schedule - Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently As part of our young and energetic team, you will experience a relaxed and efficient work culture.
