We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role involves end-to-end social media management—from ideating content to scheduling posts, tracking performance, and coordinating with design teams. If you're passionate about content, trends, and digital engagement, and have experience managing social platforms, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ideate and plan content for short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form formats.
Schedule, publish, and optimize posts based on platform best practices and peak engagement times.
Work closely with the graphic design team to get visuals and content assets created and finalized.
Conduct research on trending content and hashtags in the relevant industry to keep the strategy updated.
Perform competitive analysis and monitor engagement metrics to evaluate content performance.
Understand the business domain and align social media strategy with overall brand goals.
Oversee the publishing process, ensuring timely delivery of content across all platforms.
