Job Title: Social Media Intern/fresher

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate on developing creative ideas for posts, stories, reels, and videos that resonate with the target audience.
• Manage social media calendars and assist in creating a monthly content calendar to ensure timely posting and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates to optimize content strategies and engagement tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Graphic Design and Video Editing departments, to ensure consistent branding and seamless execution across all platforms
• Create, edit, and publish content (graphics, images, videos) using tools like Canva or other graphic design tools when required.
• Assist in running and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram ads), including ad setup, monitoring performance, and suggesting optimization strategies.
• Engage with social media followers, respond to comments/messages, and help grow the online community.
• Monitor social media analytics to track performance and report insights to improve strategy.
• Support the marketing team in brainstorming new ideas and campaigns for enhanced brand visibility.
• Assist in photoshoots and video shoots, with a basic understanding of shoot processes and requirements.
• Be comfortable and camera-friendly when required for brand-related videos, reels, or promotional content.

(Note: This role will begin as an internship for a duration of 3 to 6 months. Based on performance and contribution, a full-time job opportunity will be offered upon successful completion of the internship.)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of Meta Ads and how to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to create compelling reels and posts that engage audiences.
• Familiarity with content planning and the creation of content calendars.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar graphic design platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and creativity to contribute innovative ideas.
• Passionate about social media trends, creative content, and digital marketing.
• A fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Educational Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
