Founded in 2017, the bootstrapped organization has been a pioneer in leading the unorganized realty sector transition to be more tech enabled and create value for clientele builder relationships. Responsibilities in Details • Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and campaigns. • Generate innovative and creative ideas for social media campaigns, videos, posters, and other digital content.  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing creatives. • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize strategies. • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community.  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.  • Support in running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google if required. Requirements • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools).  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. • Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics is a plus. • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
