About the Role

We’re seeking a Social Media Content Specialist who can design and execute engaging content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms. You’ll be responsible for building detailed content calendars, producing high-quality creatives and reels, optimizing for platform algorithms, and driving measurable growth in followers, engagement, and brand visibility.

This role requires both creative expertise (design & video editing) and strategic skills (content planning & analytics).

Key Responsibilities

• • Build and maintain monthly content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• • Design eye-catching creatives (posts, carousels, stories) that align with the brand’s identity.
• • Shoot, edit, and publish Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form videos using trending audio and formats.
• • Optimize all content based on social media algorithms (timing, format, hashtags, hooks).
• • Write engaging captions, thought-leadership posts, and storytelling-driven content.
• • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic + paid content strategies.
• • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and interacting with relevant audiences.
• • Track and report on performance metrics (ER, follower growth, reach, saves, shares) and provide insights.
• • Research and leverage trends, memes, and viral formats to increase reach and relatability.
• • Support campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations with strong content execution.

What We’re Looking For

• • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media content creation and strategy.
• • Expertise in designing creatives (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma).
• • Strong skills in video editing & reel creation (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• • Proven ability to grow social pages organically by understanding Instagram & LinkedIn algorithms.
• • Solid writing skills with a knack for captions, hooks, and storytelling.
• • Familiarity with social scheduling & analytics tools (Meta Insights, Later, Hootsuite, GA4, LinkedIn Analytics).
• • Bonus: experience working with photographers, influencers, or UGC creators.
