Role Description

We’re hiring a results-driven Social Media & Influencer Marketing Strategist who can lead content, community, influencer partnerships, and ad campaigns — and also be on the ground during shoots. If you live and breathe reels, understand fashion storytelling, and have a performance mindset, this is for you.


Social Media Content & Strategy
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram reels, story content, and shorts.
  • Must be actively involved in the shoot process — from concept to execution.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars with post schedules, trends, and campaigns.
  • Write compelling, on-brand captions that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage all Instagram and Pinterest content uploads and engagement (DMs, comments, tags).
Paid Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on

    Meta (Instagram & Facebook)

    and

    Google Ads

    .
  • Set budgets, optimize for reach, engagement, conversions, or traffic based on goals.
  • Track and report on ROAS, CPL, and key campaign metrics weekly.
Reporting & Growth
  • Analyze social media and ad performance regularly.
  • Present actionable insights on what’s working and what’s not.
  • Recommend new ideas based on performance, market trends, and brand goals.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for fashion/e-commerce brands.
  • Must know how to

    shoot and edit reels independently

    (using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.).
  • Should be comfortable being part of the content shoot team — including styling, directing, and location planning.
  • Strong command of Instagram and Pinterest — trends, formats, engagement hacks.
  • Solid experience in running

    Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

    , including targeting and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and aesthetic sense aligned with a fashion-forward audience.
