Social Media Growth Intern

The Opportunity:

Newtation is not a traditional marketing agency. We are a high-expertise consultancy built for the new generative AI era. We work with brands to navigate the "new wobble" (a nutation) in search, building their authority and making them the definitive answer.

We are not looking for a typical "social media intern" to manage our feeds. We are looking for a junior strategist to join our founding team.

This is not a "get coffee" internship. This is a "build the plane as we fly it" opportunity. You will be working directly with the founders, contributing to the core of our marketing strategy.

🧠 What You'll Actually Do:

Deconstruct & Analyze: Research the LinkedIn strategies of top-tier consulting firms and B2B thought leaders. What are they doing, why does it work, and how can we be smarter?

Support Thought Leadership: Work with our Head of Strategy to research complex topics (SGE, E-E-A-T, Generative AI) and help distill them into powerful, concise insights for our "Spear" articles and posts.

Manage Operations: Take ownership of our content calendar, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and professional presence on LinkedIn.

Engage with Precision: Monitor key industry conversations, identifying opportunities for Newtation to add value and build authority.
