Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Social Media & Google Ads Specialist to manage our entire digital presence. This is a critical role for a professional who has a proven track record of handling large accounts and can drive results across multiple platforms. If you are proficient in Google Ads, have a strong understanding of SEO, and can create compelling social media strategies, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Advertising:
  • Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns to achieve specific KPIs and a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform ad strategy.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all major platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
  • SEO & Analytics:
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile to enhance local search visibility.
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and social media.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads with a track record of successfully handling large advertising budgets and achieving high-level results. Google Ads certification is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including content strategy, community management, and paid social.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SERP ranking, and keyword research.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience with a range of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,032.46 - ₹45,242.97 per month
