Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Marmagao. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging posts, developing innovative content strategies, monitoring audience interaction, analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated on digital trends. The Social Media Executive will play a significant role in enhancing the platform’s online presence and promoting authentic Konkani content globally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management tools, content creation, and campaign planning.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Ability to analyze digital metrics, track engagement, and optimize strategies based on performance insights.
• Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills to craft compelling posts and content.
• Experience in branding, marketing campaigns, and community management is preferred.
• Knowledge of Konkani language and Goan culture is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is advantageous.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
