We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to enhance and manage the brand's online presence across multiple digital platforms. The role will focus on content creation, campaign execution, performance analysis, and audience engagement to align with broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create and publish engaging content in text, image, and video formats
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite for scheduling
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and DMs
• Monitor performance metrics including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions
• Prepare and present monthly analytical reports with insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with design and content teams to support marketing campaigns
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and maintain ad budget efficiently
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across all platforms
• Coordinate with influencers and manage promotional tie-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Hindi, if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and current digital trends
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a flair for creativity

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Experience with photo/video production and editing
• Background handling brand accounts in real estate, agencies, or corporate environments
