About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to drive engagement and growth through innovative content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and manage online community interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to align social media activities with brand goals.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
