Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, and reels) that aligns with the brand voice and goals. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and campaigns. Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.). Track social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement. Support paid social media campaigns and coordinate with external agencies if applicable. Assist in influencer outreach and partnership campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) are a plus. Knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Creative thinking with attention to detail and a strong sense of branding. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
