Job Title: Social Media Executive – Election Campaign

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Contract (10 months)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and energetic Social Media Executive to support our election campaign in Salem. The role involves managing campaign-related social media activities, creating engaging content, and building online visibility.

Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies for election-related promotions.
• Handle daily posting, audience engagement, and community management across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.
• Develop creative content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics) to boost campaign reach.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare progress reports.
• Work closely with content, design, and field teams to ensure message consistency.
• Manage audience queries, comments, and feedback promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media tools, campaigns, and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop, video editing, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Ability to handle deadlines and work in a high-paced environment.
• Willingness to work full-time on a 10-month contract.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in political/election campaign social media management.
• Knowledge of paid promotions on Facebook and Google Ads.
• Ability to create strategies tailored for both rural and urban audiences.

Compensation:

Competitive salary – commensurate with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,181.60 - ₹25,000.00 per month
