Brand Synthesis is a Hyderabad-based branding and digital communications agency with over two decades of expertise in helping brands grow. We work across diverse industries—F&B, real estate, technology, fashion, and more—delivering impactful strategies through branding, social media, SEO, design, and performance marketing.

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our clients’ digital presence and building engaging online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts in line with their brand goals.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts, reels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with our design and content teams to deliver high-quality creatives and campaigns.
• Manage paid promotions (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads support if needed) to drive reach, leads, and engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify creative opportunities.
• Engage with communities: respond to comments, DMs, and maintain positive brand interaction.
• Track performance analytics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Support influencer collaborations, campaign activations, and client presentations.
• Stay updated with emerging digital tools and social media innovations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and analytics tools.
• Creativity with good copywriting skills for captions and campaign ideas.
• Basic design/video-editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar) are an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
