Telecalling Executive

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly phone manner, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Multilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English, are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a positive impression and build rapport with potential customers.
• Record customer interactions accurately through data entry into our CRM system.
• Analyse customer feedback and responses to improve sales strategies.
• Upsell additional products or services based on customer interest and needs.
• Maintain an organised record of calls made, responses received, and follow-up actions required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
• Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer responses and adapt sales techniques accordingly.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
