Job Description

Ensure timely daily posts across all official social media platforms for SIEC Education.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in coordination with the team.
Develop creative concepts and scripts for Instagram Reels & short-form video content aligned with campaigns and trending formats.
Coordinate and execute video shoots for reels (students, trainers, events, office activities).
Develop, maintain, and share a monthly social media calendar.
Align posting schedule with campaigns, events, and marketing priorities.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and trending social media formats.
Creative mindset with the ability to plan engaging reels and short-form content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and updated with social media trends.
Good interpersonal skills.
Keen to learn new skills within the team.
Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
