Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and enhance Shogan presence across social media platforms. Based in our Coimbatore office, this role involves developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive growth. This is a dedicated work-from-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee and manage social media profiles (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & e-commerce.)

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video), potentially collaborating with content creators.

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to improve strategies.

• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster interaction.

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

• Identify and engage with influencers and relevant communities.

• Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and platform algorithm changes.

Required Qualifications Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

• 1-2 years of proven experience in Social Media marketing,

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns

• Analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, social media insights, marketing platforms)

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for business.

• Experience with social media management tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, etc.).

• Ability to create compelling written and visual content briefs (basic content creation/editing skills are a plus).

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• This is strictly a Work From Office position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
