Job Description – Social Media Executive (2–4 Years Experience)Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms. The role will primarily focus on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Ads, driving engagement, leads, and brand visibility through both organic and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, creatives, and short videos).
  • Handle Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) to maximize ROI and brand reach.
  • Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram paid ad campaigns – targeting, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Respond to queries, comments, and messages on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and prepare reports on campaign performance, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad features, and latest digital marketing trends.
  • Support in creating WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
  • Monitor competitors’ social activities and suggest growth opportunities.

Requirements & Skills

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Strong expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & Display campaigns).
  • Good understanding of social media analytics, insights, and reporting tools.
  • Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and audience targeting best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
