As a fundraiser, your role is to engage with the public, share MSF's impactful stories, and inspire individuals to support this vital cause. Key Responsibilities ✔ Communicate MSF’s mission, values, and impact clearly to potential supporters ✔ Inspire people to contribute financially and become part of MSF’s global support network ✔ Build meaningful connections and maintain professional relationships with potential donors ✔ Maintain accurate records of donor information and fundraising activity ✔ Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge and fundraising skills ✔ Use proven fundraising techniques and organisation-provided training to maximise donor engagement ✔ Achieve individual and team fundraising targets consistently Who We're Looking For ✅ Strong communication and people skills – ability to engage with diverse individuals ✅ Eagerness to learn and develop fundraising abilities ✅ Enthusiasm and drive to represent a humanitarian cause with passion ✅ Target-oriented mindset with the ability to accept and act on feedback ✅ Educational background in Marketing, Social Work (MSW), or similar fields is a plus Diversity & Inclusion  ProQruit and Teamstreet value diversity and encourage applications from candidates of all genders, castes, regions, religious beliefs, and sexual orientations.
