Job Overview:
We are looking for a young, creative, and passionate Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of an emerging brand in the electric mobility industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, have a strong understanding of social platforms, and be excited to contribute to building a new-age automobile brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by responding to customer queries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Create, plan, and schedule engaging posts, campaigns, and stories aligned with brand goals.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.
• Bonus: If you enjoy creating content (photos/videos) and want to explore that space, it’s an added advantage.
