Role name Senior Executive - Social Media Marketing and Creative Location SSO – Mumbai ROLE PURPOSE We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive user engagement, and support business growth. ROLE DESCRIPTION • Develop eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, banners, and ads, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns. • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) and optimize content accordingly. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering conversations. • Support digital marketing campaigns including product launches, brand partnerships, and seasonal promotions • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and goals • Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) and generate monthly reports. • Use insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI on social media initiatives Reporting to: Head - Marketing Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field Experience: Minimum 2 years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content, branding, and digital assets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. Knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table, while adhering to brand guidelines. Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
