Job Profile: social media executive Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive social media executive to support the Senior Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, and assisting with digital communication, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management • Manage and update the Senior Partner’s professional and company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • Create and post engaging content while monitoring engagement and responding to queries. 2. Website and Portal Maintenance • Manage the company’s online portals, websites, and digital communication platforms. • Assist with valuation-related tasks and digital updates. 7. Miscellaneous Office Tasks • Perform general office duties such as correspondence, supply management, and event planning. • Provide additional administrative support as required. Key Qualities & Skills 1. Punctuality and Regularity • Consistently meets deadlines and manages time efficiently. 2. Confidentiality • Maintains discretion and protects sensitive information. 3. Communication Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and partner interactions. 4. Presentation Skills • Ability to prepare and present data, reports, and other materials in a professional manner. 5. Technical Proficiency • Skilled in using productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and social media platforms. • Basic understanding of website and portal management. 6. Adaptability and Initiative • Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. • Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
