Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, driving audience engagement, and aligning social media strategies with the brand’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Lakdi.com’s social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with brand identity.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaign ideation and execution.
• Handle daily social media operations including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments/messages.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
• Assist in influencer collaborations, paid campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Suggest innovative ideas to enhance engagement and reach organically.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in the furniture, interior, or lifestyle sector).
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and content trends.
• Creative mindset with good copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and paid marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
