Social Media Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Monitor social media trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments and suggest innovative strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Content Creation & Scheduling:
• Assist in the creation of creative social media content, including graphics, captions, and short videos.
• Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and optimize content distribution.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
• Trends & Insights:
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand is ahead of the curve.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Skills:
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content scheduling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Personal Traits:
• Passion for social media and digital trends.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Basic graphic design skills (preferably with tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
